This Privacy Policy explains how Proviazo ("Proviazo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit Proviazo.com, create an account, submit a project, communicate with service professionals, purchase or manage a subscription, or otherwise use the Proviazo platform and related services.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, mailing or service address, project details, photographs or files you upload, messages, quotes, reviews, dispute information, notification preferences, business profile information, service areas, licensing or insurance information supplied by Pros, and other information you choose to provide.
Payment information. Payments and subscriptions may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Proviazo may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing details, subscription information, and limited payment-method information, but payment card data may be collected and processed directly by the payment processor.
Usage and technical information. We may automatically collect IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, account activity, security events, cookies or similar technologies, and other diagnostic information used to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
Communications information. If you communicate through Proviazo, we may process the content and metadata of messages and notifications as necessary to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain records.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to create and manage accounts; receive and route project requests; match customers with participating service professionals; provide quotes and messaging; process subscriptions, lead charges, credits, refunds, and disputes; send service and account notifications; provide customer support; detect fraud, abuse, and security threats; maintain records; analyze and improve the platform; comply with law; and enforce our agreements and policies.
3. PROJECT MATCHING AND SERVICE PROFESSIONALS
When a customer requests services, information reasonably necessary to respond to that request may be made available to participating Pros matched with the project. This can include project details and contact information where appropriate to facilitate the requested service. Pros are independent businesses or service providers and are responsible for their own handling of information they receive outside the Proviazo platform.
4. SMS AND MOBILE INFORMATION
SMS notifications are optional. Proviazo sends transactional SMS messages only to users who affirmatively opt in through the applicable Notification Preferences flow or another clearly disclosed consent mechanism. SMS messages may concern selected account activity, including service matches, quotes, messages, project or job status, review reminders, billing or subscription activity, disputes, and account updates.
Message frequency varies based on account activity and the notification categories selected. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of Proviazo services.
Proviazo records SMS consent and revocation events, which may include date and time, account, telephone number, source, disclosure version, IP address, and user-agent information, to document consent and support compliance and security.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted as necessary to provide the service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
5. EMAIL AND OTHER NOTIFICATIONS
We may send transactional or service-related emails and in-app notifications concerning your account or activity. Where required, marketing communications will provide an appropriate method to unsubscribe. Certain operational, security, billing, or legal communications may still be sent when necessary to provide or protect the service.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate Proviazo, including hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and customer-support providers. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Proviazo, our users, or others; to investigate fraud or abuse; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell SMS opt-in consent or mobile information to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Proviazo is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as required by applicable law.
