Proviazo SMS Notification Consent

SMS notifications are optional. Proviazo sends transactional text messages only to registered users who intentionally enable SMS notifications in their account settings and affirm the consent disclosure shown at the time of opt-in.

How users opt in

  1. A registered customer or Pro signs in to Proviazo.
  2. The user opens Notification Preferences.
  3. All SMS notification categories are off by default.
  4. The user selects the specific SMS notification categories they want.
  5. The user must also check the SMS consent box before those preferences can be saved.

Consent disclosure shown to users

I agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Proviazo related to the notification categories I select.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. SMS notifications are optional.

Types of messages

Depending on the user's selected preferences, Proviazo may send transactional notifications about new service matches, quotes, account messages, project or job status, review reminders, billing/subscription activity, disputes, and account updates. Proviazo does not use this opt-in for unrelated promotional marketing.

Opting out and getting help

Users can reply STOP to an SMS to opt out through the carrier messaging system. Users can also disable SMS categories in Proviazo Notification Preferences. Reply HELP for help. For additional assistance, visit Proviazo.

Consent records

Proviazo records SMS consent and revocation events, including the date/time, account, source, disclosure version, and technical audit information. These records are maintained so consent can be demonstrated if required.
